We are a bespoke Recruitment Agency that specialises in the premium brand space, working across AU Designer, Luxury and Beauty. We take a high-touch approach to our recruitment service and take pride in the relationships that we build with clients and candidates alike.

— All Consultants in our team work with all clients within their own specialty. We have separate Support Office and Retail Consultants who each specialise in their own roles or locations. This is how we guarantee a high-touch approach to each role that we work on.
— Our first step is to match and shortlist existing candidates in our database. It's a small but mighty talent database. As we are predominantly headhunters, minimal Rèlier vacancies have historically been live on paid advertising platforms, such as SEEK. This means our database is not flooded with volume resumes that are low value. Our database has been built through our strategic passive candidate approach, meaning we target the specific candidates we want in our network and this is what has seen us achieve such a high success rate in Rèlier lifespan so far.
— Our paid socials advertising feature assists in us sourcing strong resumes from candidates who resonate with our branding and client selection and we have seen a very successful result in this new space.
— We develop a refreshed and curated headhunting strategy for each client and role briefed to us, based on your wishlist and your best-culture fits.
— We are boutique and so whilst pace is a key priority, quality always comes first. We only launch a limited amount of roles on our Job Board at once as we take a high-touch approach to each role in our personal portfolio. Meet Team Rèlier.
OUR TEAM
Lauren is the founder of Relier Group and manages the wider business strategy inclusive of team structure, process and service outcomes, creative marketing and financials. Prior to founding Rèlier, Lauren held national level training and retail management roles with some of the brightest brands in the Australian Designer space. Lauren held state and national level roles with brands such as Kookai, Aje and Tigerlily prior to Rèlier’s inception.
Emily manages our team of Recruitment Consultants and is the lead recruiter for all Support Office Roles within our portfolio. With over 10 years experience across retail and HR space, Emily is an incredibly well-connected leader who takes a people-led approach in her service delivery. Emily held multisite retail and HR leadership roles with brands such as Glassons, Oscar Wylee and Sheike prior to joining our team.
Leah is our Senior Recruitment Consultant and manages Support Office appointments within the Rèlier Group portfolio. With 9 years experience agency side and a true specialty in fashion, Leah brings a large and experienced pool of new talent to the Rèlier candidate database.
Cassie brings an incredible repertoire of shop floor experience to the Rèlier business. She has worked in State and Store Level Leadership roles prior to our time with us and manages all levels of Retail vacancies across QLD, VIC, SA and WA.
Cassie brings in-house recruitment experience at a shop floor level from brands such as Sheike and Scanlan Theodore.
Kirstin joined our team after spending 5.5 years in Area Manager and Multisite roles across Luxury and Menswear businesses. Being Sydney based, Kirstin boasts an incredible local network of retail connections across NSW. Kirstin manages all levels of NSW retail vacancies.
Kirstin held multisite roles with brands such as MJ Bale and Industrie prior to cementing herself as a key player in our Rèlier world.
