    • Are an entry-level marketing candidate, or bring 1+ years' experience in a marketing, PR or brand support role. (Fashion, retail or lifestyle experience highly regarded)

    • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

    • A natural administrator who thrives on keeping projects, samples and marketing operations running smoothly

    • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners

    • A proactive, hands-on approach with the flexibility to jump in wherever support is needed

    • Passionate about fashion, marketing and social media, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

    • Above all, you're a reliable team player who enjoys working behind the scenes to help deliver exceptional marketing campaigns and brand experiences.

THE ROLE

This is your foot in the door and the start of your marketing career, you’ll work with a leading AU Designer label to support their marketing team.

We’re on the hunt for a Casual Marketing Assistant to join the team 3 days per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across campaign coordination, influencer gifting, events, reporting and day-to-day marketing operations, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

  • Marketing calendar maintenance and project tracking

  • Scheduling and administrative support for the Marketing Manager

  • File management and system upkeep

Sample Management (Launchmetrics)

  • Tagging and organising seasonal samples

  • Seasonal pack down and preparation

  • Managing sample loans and ad hoc requests

  • Preparing samples for shoots and events

  • Maintaining Launchmetrics and ensuring accurate sample tracking

Gifting & ShopMy Administration

  • Gifting orders, logistics and tracking

  • ShopMy messaging, link management and affiliate administration

  • Tracking influencer posting and collation of activity data

Reporting & Asset Management

  • Data collection across campaigns, gifting and events

  • Reporting support and dashboard maintenance

  • JOOR uploads, PR lookbooks and asset organisation

Shoot & Event Support (as required)

  • Supporting logistics for shoots and events

  • Sample and product preparation

  • Assisting with model casting and documentation for approvals
