    • Bring 6+ years experience CFO or senior finance leader within a retail or consumer business, ideally in fashion and/or across multi-channel environments

    • Prior experience and knowledge of international markets and global compliance, tax and regulatory frameworks

    • Strong experience partnering with Boards, including reporting and presenting strategic financial insights

    • Prior experience in business transformation, scaling infrastructure and driving growth

    • Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business decisions

    • Confident, influential communicator

    • CPA or CA qualified

    • Are Brisbane based or able to relocate to Brisbane.

THE ROLE

This is a critical leadership role within a high-growth retail & ecommerce business, responsible for shaping the financial direction and supporting very exciting continued global expansion.

As CFO, you will act as a true commercial partner to the executive team, ensuring the business is set up to scale sustainably while maintaining strong financial discipline. You will play a key role in driving the next phase of growth, embedding robust financial frameworks, enhance visibility across performance, and enabling confident decision-making at every level.

With a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, you’ll influence everything from long-term planning through to day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Executive team and Board to shape financial strategy and long-term growth priorities
• Lead the end-to-end finance function including reporting, planning, tax, payroll and compliance across global operations
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support executive and Board-level decision making
• Drive commercial performance through forecasting, scenario modelling and profitability analysis
• Build and embed scalable systems, processes and governance frameworks to support expansion
• Lead financial input across key strategic initiatives including new markets, investments and transformation projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Retail, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to optimise performance and manage risk.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team aligned to the brand’s growth ambitions
