The Role

We’re looking for a visionary Content and Graphic Design Lead—an artful storyteller who sees content as a vehicle for emotion, community, and brand evolution. Sitting at the heart of our brand, you’ll lead the creative strategy and execution across digital, editorial, campaign, and social channels. This is a rare chance to redefine bridal by blending fashion and feeling, crafting bold, beautiful content that moves fast and leaves a lasting legacy.

Key Responsbilities:

  • Set and evolve the brand’s visual and editorial tone across all content touchpoints

  • Translate brand strategy into content ideas that elevate and differentiate the brand

  • Craft emotionally driven, cinematic stories with a refined, fashion-forward lens

  • Own end-to-end content creation across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish elevated, native content tailored to each platform

  • Maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity in all content

  • Leverage trends, audio, and storytelling formats to grow engagement and reach

  • Lead 360° content strategy across social, digital, email, print, and in-store platforms

  • Concept, storyboard, and direct campaigns for seasonal collections, capsules, and collaborations

  • Build and maintain content calendars that balance storytelling with commercial goals

  • Direct photo and video shoots, including casting, styling, and final art direction

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive brand storytelling

  • Manage and mentor a creative team of designers, content creators, and external partners

  • Stay ahead of visual, social, and fashion trends to keep content fresh and forward-thinking

  • Pursue bold collaborations and storytelling moments that push bridal content beyond the conventional
