    • Bring 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing

    • Can confidently navigate Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Klaviyo

    • Have proven success in driving lifecycle and loyalty strategies that lift LTV

The Role

Our client is seeking a Digital Growth Manager for a maternity leave cover to lead performance-driven digital marketing across a global swimwear brand. Reporting to the Director of Digital, this numbers-focused role owns strategy and execution across paid media, CRM, affiliates, and loyalty. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to drive traffic, boost revenue, and maximise customer lifetime value. Open to agency backgrounds or experienced execs ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a digital growth strategy aligned with brand goals and commercial targets

  • Manage external agency partners to optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and YouTube

  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing including segmentation, automated flows, A/B testing and performance analysis

  • Support the execution and growth of the loyalty program, working alongside the eCommerce Coordinator

  • Manage affiliate relationships and platforms to drive incremental revenue

  • Monitor key digital metrics (ROAS, MER, CAC, CVR, LTV) and deliver actionable insights

  • Brief in creative and collaborate closely with content teams to ensure assets align with performance goals

  • Contribute to commercial planning across paid budgets, affiliate commissions, and digital forecasting
