Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within fashion, luxury, or beauty
Know your way around CRM platforms and digital ad tools
Understand automation flows, customer segmentation, and how to turn data into smart, actionable strategies
Can juggle multiple projects with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Communicate clearly and collaborate well in a fast-paced team environment

THE ROLE
Drive CRM & digital campaigns, shape the customer journey, and boost engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative digital team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager to drive CRM lifecycle, including segmentation, flows, and personalised campaigns across email and SMS.
Develop, implement, and analyse cross-border paid digital marketing campaigns (paid social, search, display, affiliates, etc) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver consistent brand messaging and
customer experience.Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
Maintain and grow our client’s marketing database, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
