    • Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within fashion, luxury, or beauty

    • Know your way around CRM platforms and digital ad tools

    • Understand automation flows, customer segmentation, and how to turn data into smart, actionable strategies

    • Can juggle multiple projects with strong organisation and prioritisation skills

    • Communicate clearly and collaborate well in a fast-paced team environment

THE ROLE


Drive CRM & digital campaigns, shape the customer journey, and boost engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative digital team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager to drive CRM lifecycle, including segmentation, flows, and personalised campaigns across email and SMS.

  • Develop, implement, and analyse cross-border paid digital marketing campaigns (paid social, search, display, affiliates, etc) to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver consistent brand messaging and
    customer experience.

  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.

  • Maintain and grow our client’s marketing database, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
