Ideally 4–7+ years’ experience within eCommerce, digital retail or DTC, preferably within fashion, luxury, beauty or another premium consumer brand.
Strong Shopify experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
Experience managing or working closely with digital agencies.
Strong understanding of CRM, email marketing and customer retention.
Demonstrated experience using analytics to drive commercial decisions.
Strong merchandising instincts and an understanding of fashion retail.
Experience working across international markets would be highly regarded.
Experience helping scale an eCommerce business would be particularly valuable.

THE ROLE
The eCommerce Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day performance, development and growth of the brands global eCommerce business.
This person will be responsible for driving revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, retention and profitability across the website while ensuring the online experience consistently reflects the brand.
The role will work closely with the CEO, Brand Director, merchandising, wholesale, operations, creative and external agency partners. As the business builds its direct-to-consumer capability, the successful candidate will play an important role in establishing the systems, reporting, trading rhythms and commercial disciplines required to scale the channel.
Own the commercial performance of the website across key international markets, driving achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual eCommerce revenue and profitability targets.
Build and manage the annual eCommerce trading calendar aligned with product launches, collection deliveries, marketing campaigns and key retail moments.
Monitor performance daily, identify opportunities or risks early, and develop clear action plans when trading is ahead or behind budget.
Own the day-to-day management and trading of the Shopify websites, ensuring the site is continually optimised.
Continually test and improve the digital experience to increase conversion.
Work with developers and external partners to manage technical improvements, integrations and site development, and ensure all new products, imagery, copy, pricing and product information are accurate and launched on time.
Own online merchandising across all categories. Analyse product performance and ensure best sellers, new arrivals and key commercial products receive appropriate visibility.
Identify products performing strongly online and communicate opportunities for reorders or additional investment.
Regularly review poor-performing products and recommend actions to improve sell-through, ensuring the website reflects both the brand vision and the commercial priorities of the business.
Work closely with the Brand Director and agency partners to drive qualified traffic and profitable customer acquisition.
Ensure marketing investment is aligned with commercial performance and inventory availability, monitoring CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion, new versus returning customers, customer lifetime value and channel profitability.
Challenge agency performance and ensure clear commercial accountability.
Develop and manage a strong CRM strategy focused on customer retention and lifetime value.
Own the email and SMS calendar alongside the Brand and Marketing team, and develop automated customer journeys.
