    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an eCommerce role, ideally within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.

    • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Google Analytics and Shopify.

    • Proven ability to improve conversion, reduce cart abandonment, and grow online revenue.

    • Experience managing marketplace platforms (The Iconic, David Jones, etc.).

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive problem solver.

    • Strong understanding of customer journey, UX, and digital marketing best practices.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic, solutions-oriented eCommerce Manager with strong analytical and digital skills to lead our clients online business. This is a multifaceted position suited to a sales-driven, collaborative team player with a deep understanding of digital strategy and customer experience.You will be responsible for driving online sales growth, improving site performance, managing our eCommerce platforms, and overseeing third-party marketplaces. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Set and execute strategic initiatives to increase online traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.

Analyse and report on key metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales, margin, fulfilment performance).

Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and journey through website optimisation and A/B testing.

Monitor online trading performance and ensure the site is fully optimised to meet commercial objectives.

Lead front-end content management and merchandising to deliver best-practice user experience.Manage site updates, product launches, campaigns, and creative content alignment.

Ensure product pages, pricing, and promotions are accurate and consistent with brand standards.

Manage email marketing strategies in partnership with our external agency.

Oversee segmentation, re-engagement, and acquisition strategies to drive new sign-ups and retention.

Deliver customer insights and behaviour analysis to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Oversee end-to-end management of all marketplace platforms (The Iconic, David Jones, etc).

Manage inventory and dispatch processes across both 3PL and in-house operations.

Work with operations to ensure stock availability and efficient fulfilment to meet customer demand.

Partner with Creative Director and Sales Team to ensure cohesive omni-channel planning and execution.

Liaise with external partners, agencies, and developers to support site development and campaign delivery.

Maintain alignment between eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels to maximise total business performance.
