The Role

The E-Commerce Trade Specialist drives online sales by managing product launches, promotions, and site content to boost conversion and revenue. They oversee the weekly trade calendar, support UX and CRO improvements, and tailor merchandising strategies to regional buying patterns and seasonal trends.

  • Execute weekly homepage, PLP, navigation, and content updates for launches and promos.

  • Manage regional trade calendar and ensure on-time campaign and promo execution.

  • Collaborate with retail and merchandising on search and merchandising strategies to drive sales.

  • Identify and apply regional localisation for merchandising, styling, and navigation.

  • Curate and update collections for seasonal, promotional, and regional relevance.

  • Brief and QA regional website creatives like banners and content modules.

  • Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly trade reports using GA4, Shopify, and ERP data.

  • Analyze insights to guide content tweaks, homepage strategy, and merchandising.

  • Support CRO and UX projects including briefs, testing, and releases.

  • Share best practices globally for alignment and knowledge exchange.

  • Identify UX pain points and test improvements based on trade data.

  • Collaborate with CRM, Paid Media, and Creative teams for integrated site activity.
