Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or a related field.
Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, with a keen eye for proportion, silhouette, and construction.

THE ROLE
Our global client is seeking a Junior Designer to join their creative studio and join the expanding team. Seeking someone with a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the drive to grow within a fast-paced fashion environment.
This role will work closely with Senior Designers, supporting across Activewear, Outerwear, and Lifestyle categories. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative team where creativity and commercial understanding go hand in hand.
This role will see you work alongside some of the industry’s best creative talent, gaining exposure across all areas of the design process from concept to final garment. Be part of a collaborative environment where innovation, inclusivity, and growth are at the core of everything we do.
Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Designers in developing seasonal collections across Active, Outerwear, and Lifestyle categories.
Create and update technical CAD drawings, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Support in the research of trends, fabrics, trims, and colours
Help maintain design files, style numbers, and design documentation in line with the seasonal critical path.
Participate in fit sessions and support with sample management from Proto to PP stages.
Collaborate closely with Product Development and Garment Tech teams to ensure design intent is executed through to production.
Contribute creative ideas in team design meetings and help bring seasonal concepts to life.
