THE ROLE
We are looking for a National Retail Manager to join one of Australia's most loved premium fashion lifestyle brands, where a values-first mindset shapes every part of the business. Community sits at the heart of what they do, with a genuine commitment to celebrating and supporting the creative community around them. As a proudly Australian brand, they draw inspiration from the country's coastal landscapes, and that connection to environment runs through the business, reflected in a strong sense of responsibility to sustainability and community at every level.
Based in Sydney and reporting into a senior Sales leader, you'll take full ownership of a national retail channel spanning a portfolio of 25 stores. You'll have State Managers reporting directly to you, alongside a People & Operations Manager. This role will drive retail commercial performance, operational excellence and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
Own the retail channel P&L end to end, including sales, wage and shrinkage performance
Lead, coach and develop a State Manager leadership group and their teams
Lift team selling capability against a super KPI ambition, alongside conversion and ATV targets
Set the standard for visual merchandising, marketing execution and in-store rituals
Partner closely with Design and Merchandise teams to sharpen product knowledge and capability across the network
Champion the customer experience and omnichannel journey, partnering with CRM and Ecommerce counterparts
Collaborate across Merchandise, Operations, Systems and Warehouse to continually improve retail processes
Build a high-performing, values-led culture and uphold safety and compliance standards nationally
