THE ROLE

We’re partnering with a highly regarded, Australian-born fashion brand that’s making waves locally and internationally. Known for its stylish, wearable collections and inspiring approach to retail, this brand is looking for a strategic, dynamic, and inspiring National Retail Manager to lead its store network and elevate the customer experience across every boutique.
As National Retail Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind retail operations, team performance, and brand experience. This is a chance to lead, mentor, and inspire multi-site teams while shaping the in-store journey for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive growth, profitability, and brand experience across all stores.

  • Lead, mentor, and empower retail leaders and teams, nurturing a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous development.

  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every store delivers a memorable, on-brand experience.

  • Oversee retail operations including visual merchandising, store presentation, inventory management, and compliance.

  • Safeguard and elevate the brand across all retail touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of high-performing retail teams.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and visual merchandising teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and implement strategies to maximise store performance.

  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise product assortments.

  • Lead new store openings and market expansion initiatives, working with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, landlords, and community partners.

  • Report regularly to the executive team on retail performance, opportunities, and challenges.
