The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Pattern Maker to create and develop patterns for contemporary women’s fashion. This is a hands-on technical role requiring precision, creativity, and collaboration across design and production teams to deliver beautiful, production-ready garments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop accurate patterns from initial design through to production
Collaborate closely with design to realise creative intent through fit and construction
Conduct fittings and refine patterns for optimal silhouette, quality, and comfort
Liaise with production to ensure patterns are optimised for scale while maintaining artisanal integrity
Stay across current techniques, materials, and trends in pattern making
Contribute to continuous improvement across product and process
Support broader business needs as required
