    • Bring 3+ years’ experience in pattern making, ideally in contemporary womenswear

    • Know garment construction and fit inside out

    • Are confident using Lectra, Gerber or similar software

    • Work fast, accurately, and meet deadlines

The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Pattern Maker to create and develop patterns for contemporary women’s fashion. This is a hands-on technical role requiring precision, creativity, and collaboration across design and production teams to deliver beautiful, production-ready garments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop accurate patterns from initial design through to production

  • Collaborate closely with design to realise creative intent through fit and construction

  • Conduct fittings and refine patterns for optimal silhouette, quality, and comfort

  • Liaise with production to ensure patterns are optimised for scale while maintaining artisanal integrity

  • Stay across current techniques, materials, and trends in pattern making

  • Contribute to continuous improvement across product and process

  • Support broader business needs as required
