The Role
Our client is looing for an Executive/Personal Assistant to report to the CEO whilst supporting the executive team in all aspects of the brand. They will also be responsible for the day to day running of the office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with senior leadership to provide broad administrative support across day-to-day operations, scheduling, and general coordination tasks.
• Assisting with travel, meetings, and reporting requirements as needed
• Helping facilitate internal and external events
• Providing support on creative projects, including coordination for international shoots
• Managing calendars, appointments, and ad hoc requests
• General office administration and procurement of supplies
• Supporting team onboarding, including contract preparation and equipment logistics
• Overseeing office environment and ensuring a well-functioning workspace
• Attending meetings with senior stakeholders and capturing key action points when required
