Have strong experience in paid performance within e-commerce, ideally across fashion or consumer brands you genuinely care about.
Understand how the full performance ecosystem works from creative and media to CRO and funnels, even if you’re not creating ads yourself.
Are commercially sharp, data-led, and confident making decisions that directly impact growth.

THE ROLE
Our client is on the hunt for a Senior Paid Performance Specialist to own paid media performance end-to-end across a portfolio of fashion and e-commerce brands.
This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and client partnership. You’ll lead paid performance across key platforms, take full accountability for results, and act as the trusted point of contact for clients who expect clarity, confidence, and outcomes. While you won’t be hands-on creating ads, you’ll know exactly what good looks like, and how to guide Growth and Creative teams to get there.

Key Responsibilities
Own paid media performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms, with daily and weekly analysis driving decisions.
Optimise budgets, scale winning campaigns, reallocate spend, and identify opportunities through platform data, audience insights, and funnel performance.
Lead weekly or fortnightly client calls, clearly communicating performance, insights, recommendations, and next steps.
Build high-trust client relationships by delivering consistency, transparency, and results. Retention matters here.
Direct and guide the Growth and Creative team, ensuring actions are clear, timely, and aligned to performance goals.
Develop and maintain best-practice SOPs, checklists, and tracking documents to ensure there’s genuinely no room for error.
Set the strategic direction for each account, translating short-term goals into quarterly performance plans.
