    • 2 to 4 years experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing

    • Experience creating content for apps, tech, ecommerce or consumer brands

    • Strong understanding of TikTok culture and how to drive organic growth

    • Confident on camera and comfortable filming regularly

    • Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Figma or similar tools

    • Strong copywriting skills aligned with a Gen Z female audience

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

    • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup

THE ROLE

You will own and execute the brands organic social and content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, email and emerging platforms.

You are both creative and commercial. You care about aesthetics, but you also care about conversion.

You will work closely with the founders to shape the voice of the brand and help position the business as the go-to shopping companion for Gen Z and millennial women.


Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Concept, create and publish high-performing short-form video content across TikTok and Instagram

  • Develop culturally relevant content around shopping habits, price drops, wishlists, gifting, girl maths and impulse spending

  • Confidently appear on camera as a face and voice of the brand

  • Turn app features into scroll-stopping content that drives downloads and engagement

  • Capture content at launches, events, brand partnerships and team moments in office

  • Work with paid media to repurpose and create high-performing organic content into ads

  • Analyse performance weekly and refine creative based on insights

Growth & Performance Focus

  • Align content with growth priorities including US expansion, brand partnerships and peak retail moments

  • Support campaign concepts around Black Friday, Christmas, birthdays, weddings, registry and major retail events

  • Track content performance across reach, engagement, installs and attributed revenue

  • Use insights to guide creative direction and double down on winning formats

Community & Culture

  • Be the digital voice of the brand across DMs, comments and tags

  • Identify viral moments and shopping trends early

  • Engage with creators who organically use the app

  • Help grow our curator community and user-generated content

  • Build relationships with influencers and support gifting or partnership campaigns
