    • Bring 2+ years’ experience in content, brand or creative

    • Are a creative doer who gets things done

    • Know how to make platform-native content that moves fast

    • Can edit video/photo using Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar

    • Have a sharp eye and can shoot, style and edit with polish

    • Are confident with people – directing, collaborating, creating

    • Are Gold Coast-based or open to relocating (hybrid role)

The Role

Our client is seeking a creative and community-minded Social Media & Community Manager to join their fast-growing Australian beauty brand. This is a hands-on, highly visual role perfect for someone who’s equal parts content creator, storyteller, and connector. You’ll work closely with the founders to shape and share the brand’s unique voice across social media, partnerships, events, and community engagement. If you’re quick to create, big on ideas, and passionate about building genuine brand connection, this one’s for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Concept and create a steady stream of high- and lo-fi content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

  • Develop native, real, on-brand content that can also be used for paid

  • Plan and execute founder-led content that brings depth and credibility to the brand

  • Lead monthly content days and direct creative for launches and campaigns

  • Collaborate with creators to brief, review and repurpose UGC assets

  • Cultivate authentic relationships with aligned creators, influencers and partner brands

  • Manage outreach, negotiations and briefing for creator partnerships

  • Track platform metrics and report on insights to evolve content strategy

  • Coordinate community activations, retail collabs and brand-aligned events

  • Monitor and engage with comments, messages and day-to-day organic interactions

  • Identify smart brand growth opportunities through content, creators and collabs

  • Contribute to thoughtful brand details and be ready to wear multiple hats in a small, fast-moving team
