THE ROLE

The Social Media Assistant/Coordinator assists in the maintenance of all social platforms and influencers. We are seeking someone that is totally socials-obsessed! This role covers all uploads on social platforms, scheduling & manually and collaborates with the wider team for strategy planning.

  • Scheduling and product captioning with Planoly.

  • Influencer send outs 

  • Assisting with the Marketing Manager on the paid influencer Social Sheet 

  • Product tagging on instagram feed.

  • Daily Instagram and Tiktok - liking and commenting on tagged pics, replying to comments on posts, responding to DMs from contra influencers. 

  • Posting weekly stories

  • Monitor social calendar 

  • Monitor collaboration emails 

  • Building and maintaining a community of followers and fans on social media platforms. This includes engaging with users, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions. 

  • Strategise and plan mock Instagram and TikTok feeds, and social plans for upcoming range releases alongside the Marketing Manager.

  • Developing social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. This involves managing the development and engagements of key platforms to focus on, determining the content mix, and setting goals for engagement and growth.

  • Pulling weekly and monthly competitor reports with notable action points to further drive the brand as the forefront of the industry, remaining innovative and relatable.
