    • Have experience in a fast paced retail environment, ideally in womenswear or fashion

    • Have previous leadership experience, coaching and developing a team to deliver results

    • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance

    • Have strong communication skills and the ability to inspire a team

THE ROLE

Step into a leadership role with one of the most recognisable names in womenswear. As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of a fast paced, fashion driven store, leading from the front and setting the standard across people, performance and presentation. This is a role for a confident retail leader who thrives on coaching teams, driving results and creating an experience customers genuinely love coming back to.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day to day store operations including staffing, rosters, inventory management, cash handling and visual merchandising
• Coach, develop and inspire a high performing team of Sales Associates to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Create a positive, customer first culture where service feels effortless, genuine and brand aligned
• Drive store performance through effective marketing initiatives, promotional execution and strong floor leadership
• Analyse store results and performance data to identify opportunities, solve problems and lift outcomes
• Maintain impeccable store presentation, visual standards and compliance across health and safety
• Partner closely with regional leadership to align on priorities and support wider business initiatives
• Set the tone on the shop floor by championing styling, selling confidence and brand storytelling
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, elevate standards and keep the store feeling fresh and energised
