    • Have 4+ years' experience across social media, content creation or digital marketing.

    • Have proven experience managing and growing a TikTok channel for a consumer-facing brand.

    • Understand what drives attention, engagement and retention on TikTok.

    • Are confident creating end-to-end short-form content, from concept through to editing and publishing.

    • Have strong editing skills across CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar.

    • Can interpret analytics and use data to inform creative decisions.

    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership.

    • Are organised, proactive and commercially minded. Are comfortable in front of the camera and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    • Bring experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or another highly visual consumer brand (highly regarded).

THE ROLE

We're looking for a TikTok Manager to take full ownership of an established brand's TikTok channel. This role will lead strategy, content creation, community engagement and performance, creating platform-native content that drives discovery, builds community and supports commercial growth.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll bring campaigns, product launches and brand moments to life through engaging short-form storytelling, while continually identifying new opportunities to grow the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the TikTok channel end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution and performance.

  • Develop and execute a high-performing TikTok content calendar aligned with campaign and launch priorities.

  • Concept, film, edit and publish engaging TikTok-first content.

  • Identify trends, sounds and cultural moments, translating them into content that feels authentic to the brand.

  • Monitor channel performance and use insights to continually optimise content.

  • Manage community engagement through comments, direct messages and proactive interaction.

  • Build relationships with creators and identify opportunities for user-generated content.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Design and Digital teams to deliver channel-first storytelling.

  • Attend campaigns, photoshoots, events and brand activations to capture content.

  • Confidently appear on camera and direct talent where required.

  • Maintain an organised content library and contribute ideas that strengthen the brand's social presence.
