The Role
Our client is seeking an Accessories Developer and Production Coordinator to support the Senior Accessories Developer in managing seasonal development and production processes across all accessories categories. This role ensures smooth coordination from development to bulk production, maintaining timelines and quality standards throughout.
Key responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Accessories Developer with daily development tasks and track accessory sampling progress from development to production stages.
Manage ordering and organisation of materials, trims, and hardware for prototypes.
Maintain accurate work-in-progress trackers and development documentation.
Support sourcing of new suppliers, trims, and materials, and coordinate supplier communications and deliveries.
Keep detailed records of supplier correspondence and approvals.
Ensure production runs on schedule and meets the brand’s quality standards.
Manage production submissions aligned with the production calendar and follow up on approvals to avoid delays.
Liaise with suppliers regarding timelines, delivery status, and approvals.
Provide regular status updates and reports to the Production Manager.
Confirm all final production components are approved and received on time.
Provide general support to the accessories team and occasionally assist with tasks outside the primary role to support overall business success.
