THE ROLE

We’re partnering with our modern bridal client to find a creative, connected, and culture-led Social Media Manager to lead their digital presence and shape the next phase of their global story.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who’s as confident setting direction as they are creating content - blending storytelling, influencer strategy, and social trend fluency with a sharp visual eye. You’ll be the pulse of the brand online, ensuring every post, story, and campaign feels intentional, elevated, and aspirational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the social media strategy across all channels - setting tone, direction, and visual rhythm

  • Oversee day-to-day content planning and posting, ensuring each platform feels cohesive, engaging, and on-brand

  • Collaborate with the creative and digital team to ensure storytelling consistency across campaigns and launches

  • Create, brief, and edit social content - from reels and stories to stills and editorial snippets

  • Manage and maintain the social media calendar, aligning content with key moments and milestones

  • Lead the influencer and UGC strategy - identifying collaborators, nurturing relationships, and securing content that drives reach and relevance

  • Stay across emerging trends and platform updates, always identifying opportunities for the brand to lead conversations authentically

  • Support the marketing team in delivering impactful storytelling across campaigns and brand moments
