The Role

Our client is a leading brand with an established audience, ready for a social expert to take its presence to new heights. We're seeking an experienced and visionary Social Media Manager to lead strategy, drive growth, and shape the brand’s digital voice across key platforms. Relocation package available as our client is based on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.

  • Define and lead a refreshed content vision that resonates with the audience and guides the broader team.

  • Identify and execute strategic collaboration opportunities, managing partnerships with brand ambassadors and influencers.

  • Schedule and publish content, writing copy that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice.

  • Plan and coordinate engaging social media content opportunities that support brand and campaign goals.

  • Create social content in-house and with external production partners, contributing to shoots as needed.

  • Prepare copy, creative briefs, and collateral for use across all social media platforms.

  • Assist with image curation for campaigns, product launches, and e-commerce, ensuring alignment across channels.

  • Maintain and organise the brand’s digital content library to ensure assets are current and accessible.

  • Manage community engagement, including direct messages, comments, and customer feedback monitoring.

  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance and campaign impact.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.
