THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for a creatively driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of a fast-growing fashion brand’s social presence. This role blends creative thinking with strategic execution, with a clear focus on building community, driving engagement, and contributing to eCommerce performance.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across social platforms, ensuring content feels relevant, elevated, and aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the brand’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Plan, manage, and evolve a dynamic content calendar across organic content and community-driven storytelling
Oversee content direction, ensuring consistency and strong brand alignment
Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to deliver visually compelling, on-brand creative
Monitor and analyse social performance, using insights to refine content and growth strategies
Stay highly attuned to platform updates, emerging trends, and shifts in digital behaviour
Foster a highly engaged online community through thoughtful and timely interaction
Drive audience engagement through interactive social initiatives, campaigns, and activations
Work cross-functionally with brand, digital, and eCommerce stakeholders to align social activity with launches and campaigns
