THE ROLE


This is your chance to step into a leadership role within one of Australia’s most-loved premium fashion retailers. As Assistant Boutique Manager, you’ll work alongside an inspiring Boutique Manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and help drive commercial success.
You’ll play a hands-on role in daily operations, team coaching, and customer engagement, balancing the creative and the commercial to bring the boutique to life each day. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their retail career, combining leadership potential with an innate sense of style and connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building meaningful client relationships

  • Coaching, motivating, and developing the team to perform at their best

  • Assisting with stock management, store presentation, and daily operations

  • Maintaining visual merchandising to brand standards

  • Partnering with the Boutique and Area Manager on local events and marketing initiatives

  • Processing online click-and-collect orders and supporting omni-channel service

  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and training for new team members

  • Reporting on performance and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
