Have 3+ years’ experience supporting senior executives or in high-level administrative roles
Are highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills
Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels and stakeholders
Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate strong discretion
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Are comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Are tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management, document preparation, and travel coordination tools

THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the executive, balancing their creative and business priorities. The role requires strong organisation, communication, and discretion to ensure smooth daily operations and effective stakeholder management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organise appointments
Coordinate travel bookings and prepare detailed itineraries
Handle email correspondence, prioritise messages, and draft responses
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as required
Manage expense reports, process invoices, and liaise with finance teams
Maintain filing systems and organise physical and electronic records
Act as liaison with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Assist with event planning and office gatherings
Support special projects by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and reporting progress
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Provide personal assistance including managing appointments and communications
Coordinate team meetings and support internal communication
Deliver general administrative support to team members as needed
