  • 1–3 years’ experience in a luxury or premium womenswear environment

    Advanced in Adobe Illustrator with demonstrable speed and accuracy in CAD execution

    Strong understanding of garment construction fundamentals

    Confident hand-sketching and ability to communicate ideas quickly

    Detail-driven, with strong follow-through and time management

    Passion for fashion innovation, modern tailoring and elevated product

    Solutions-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and technically skilled Assistant Designer to support the execution of seasonal collections. This role is critical in translating design vision into accurate assets and technical information — with a heavy focus on fast and precise CAD work, fabric and trim coordination, and fit support.

 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical foundation, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for the modern, architectural womenswear.

 

 

• Create accurate CAD flats and updates at speed, maintaining consistency and high-quality presentation

• Assist in sketching, concept development and research aligned to seasonal direction

• Manage fabric, trim and colour boards; coordinate swatches and library updates

• Prepare tech packs and design handovers in partnership with PD and the Senior Designer

• Attend and support fittings — take detailed notes, update CADs and comment sheets

• Assist with runway look boards, digital line sheets and internal presentation materials

• Liaise with Product Development to track samples and ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain design files, folders and organisation across the design team

• Support showroom and campaign preparation when required
