THE ROLE
Step into a boutique bridal leadership role where your focus is on connection, experience, and leading a small, passionate team.
This isn’t your standard retail management job, it’s about nurturing relationships with brides, creating unforgettable experiences, and guiding your team to deliver excellence at every appointment. You’ll take ownership of the store, mentor team members, and ensure every client feels valued and understood.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop a small team, guiding them on their days and supporting their growth
Personally connect with brides, delivering a warm, personalised appointment-based experience
Ensure boutique standards are upheld, including dress presentation, styling, and repairs
Manage inventory and stock processes, supported by your team
Maintain boutique visual merchandising to reflect the brand’s premium, curated aesthetic
Build and nurture VIP client relationships, creating memorable experiences for every bride
Be commercially minded while leading people, sales, and the overall boutique performance
