THE ROLE

Take your retail career to the next level as an Assistant Manager in a fast-moving, fashion-first environment. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and keep the store looking its best. If you’re hands-on, love coaching others, and want to step up your leadership game, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing the team

  • Help drive sales through rostering, training and performance support

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase the collection effectively

  • Assist with stock management, inventory control and smooth daily operations

  • Deliver standout customer experiences across all touchpoints

  • Contribute to team culture and progression through daily coaching and engagement
