THE ROLE


Support the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and maintaining high operational and visual standards. This role is responsible for helping develop a positive team culture, ensuring smooth store operations, and contributing to the achievement of sales and business goals.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience.

  • Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers with styling advice, product information, and current promotions.

  • Respond to customer enquiries in store and over the phone, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Support sales growth through effective floor management, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.

  • Process sales, refunds, exchanges, and store credits accurately in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Assist in monitoring store performance and maintaining high customer service standards.

  • Maintain an organised, clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.

  • Support visual merchandising, replenishment, and display updates to maximise product presentation and sales.

  • Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing, stock management, pricing, and stockroom organisation.

  • Help manage inventory accuracy and support promotional activity and in-store campaigns.

  • Assist the Store Manager in monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

  • Support the training, coaching, and development of team members, providing feedback where appropriate.

  • Promote a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

  • Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed to provide a safe environment for customers and team members.
