THE ROLE
Support the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and maintaining high operational and visual standards. This role is responsible for helping develop a positive team culture, ensuring smooth store operations, and contributing to the achievement of sales and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience.
Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers with styling advice, product information, and current promotions.
Respond to customer enquiries in store and over the phone, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
Support sales growth through effective floor management, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Process sales, refunds, exchanges, and store credits accurately in line with company policies and procedures.
Assist in monitoring store performance and maintaining high customer service standards.
Maintain an organised, clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
Support visual merchandising, replenishment, and display updates to maximise product presentation and sales.
Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing, stock management, pricing, and stockroom organisation.
Help manage inventory accuracy and support promotional activity and in-store campaigns.
Assist the Store Manager in monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Support the training, coaching, and development of team members, providing feedback where appropriate.
Promote a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed to provide a safe environment for customers and team members.
