THE ROLE


This is your opportunity to take the lead in a brand-new boutique opening in the QVB. As Store Manager, you’ll bring the store to life from day one, driving sales, building a loyal customer base, and creating an in-store experience that feels both inspiring and effortless.
You’ll lead a high-performing team, blending commercial focus with creativity to deliver strong results and a customer experience that keeps people coming back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong local relationships with customers, VIPs, and fellow retailers

  • Creating an elevated and welcoming in-store experience

  • Driving sales targets and key performance metrics

  • Coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results

  • Managing stock, store financials, and day-to-day operations

  • Ensuring the boutique’s visual presentation is always at its best

  • Partnering with Head Office on marketing initiatives and in-store events

  • Reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for growth
