THE ROLE

This is your opportunity to take the lead in a key boutique at Sydney Central Plaza.
As Boutique Manager, you’ll drive store performance, build a loyal customer base, and create an in-store experience that feels both elevated and effortless.

You’ll lead a passionate team, balancing commercial focus with creativity to deliver strong results and a customer experience that keeps people coming back.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong local relationships with customers, VIPs, and neighbouring retailers within Sydney Central Plaza

  • Create an elevated and welcoming in-store experience that reflects the brand

  • Drive sales targets and key performance metrics

  • Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional results

  • Oversee stock management, store financials, and day-to-day operations

  • Ensure the boutique’s visual presentation is consistently maintained at a high standard

  • Partner with Head Office on marketing initiatives and in-store events

  • Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for growth
