THE ROLE
Step into a leadership role with a contemporary, design led fashion brand with over 20 years in the industry. As Boutique Manager, you will lead a high profile boutique, driving performance, team culture and customer experience. This role suits a commercially minded leader who builds genuine relationships, develops strong teams, and delivers results without losing the in store experience. You’ll work alongside like minded, style obsessed individuals in a people first culture that values career growth, staff benefits, and genuine collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire your boutique team to deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience
• Drive commercial performance by tracking and exceeding sales, conversion, and other KPIs
• Build and nurture a loyal client base through strong relationship building and tailored service
• Coach, mentor and develop your team to build confident, accountable leaders
• Manage day-to-day boutique operations including stock, rostering, payroll, reporting, and budget oversight
• Ensure visual, brand and operational standards are consistently upheld
• Implement structured processes to improve efficiency, sales performance and employee engagement
• Support the HR function including recruitment, induction, performance management, and development plans
• Conduct styling workshops and ensure the team is skilled in product knowledge and seasonal collections
• Act as the link between the boutique and senior leadership, providing insights and feedback
