    • Bring 3–5 years’ experience within an Operations, Coordinator or Administration role

    • Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

    • Thrive juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Bring a proactive, hands-on approach and love keeping things running smoothly

    • Have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating across teams

    • Have previous experience within fashion, retail or ecommerce (highly regarded)

    • Have exposure to systems such as Shopify, Cin7, Excel, Monday.com or wholesale platforms

    • Understand social platforms and have confidence supporting content, gifting or community activity where needed

THE ROLE

As the Brand Operations Coordinator, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the brand across operations, product, wholesale and general coordination. Equal parts organised, hands-on and detail-focused, this role will suit someone who thrives bringing structure to moving parts and enjoys being across all areas of a fast-paced business.

Working closely with Operations, Product and Wholesale teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring systems, samples and processes are running smoothly - while also supporting photoshoots, wholesale coordination and day-to-day brand operations. If you’re someone who loves variety, naturally brings order to chaos and enjoys wearing multiple hats, this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the day-to-day running of business operations and internal processes

  • Maintain organised systems, workflows and operational visibility across the business

  • Prepare and coordinate samples for photoshoots, campaigns and internal meetings

  • Assist with sample tracking, shipping and product coordination alongside the Garment Technician

  • Coordinate development and sales sample movement across internal teams and partners

  • Support wholesale administration, order processing and sales order generation

  • Manage movement of wholesale samples between agents and retail partners

  • Assist in preparing seasonal sales tools and wholesale assets

  • Support supplier communication, calendar coordination and general office administration

  • Help improve and document business processes to support operational efficiency

  • Provide hands-on support across ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow
