    • Bring 4-5+ years’ experience within the fashion industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment

    • Have experience designing garments and prints across multiple categories

    • Bring strong garment construction and technical design knowledge

    • Are highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

    • Have a sharp eye for trend, colour, fabrication and product detail

    • Are commercially minded and understand how to balance creativity with customer demand

    • Are highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive managing multiple priorities

    • Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to a positive team culture

THE ROLE

As the Senior Designer, you will play a key role in bringing collections to life from concept through to final product - balancing creative instinct with commercial awareness to deliver ranges that resonate with the customer.

This role will see you lead seasonal design across multiple categories, contribute fresh ideas, and help shape product that feels both trend-driven and commercially relevant. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of seasonal collections from concept through to final product

  • Research and present mood boards, colour palettes, trend forecasts and exclusive design concepts

  • Create exclusive prints and source new fabric bases, trims and finishes

  • Drive colour-ups across best-selling styles and key product categories

  • Develop commercially relevant product and capsule ranges aligned to customer demand

  • Stay across emerging trends, market movement and best-selling products to identify opportunities

  • Partner closely with factories and Product teams to ensure design intent is translated accurately into final garments

  • Assist in the creation of detailed specification packs, including CADs, fabric details and measurements

  • Participate in fit sessions alongside Production teams to ensure product quality and execution

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners

  • Partner with Merchandising to design within category strategies, pricing architecture and commercial objectives

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Styling teams to bring product stories and launches to life

  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative team culture

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality

  • Deliver to agreed timelines, seasonal milestones and department expectations
