THE ROLE
Step into a leadership role with a contemporary, design led fashion brand with over 20 years in the industry. As Bridal Boutique Manager, you will lead an intimate, appointment only environment dedicated to delivering exceptional moments for brides and their bridal parties. This is a highly personalised, service led role where experience and emotional connection are just as important as performance.
You will oversee the end to end bridal journey, ensuring every appointment feels seamless, considered and truly special. This role suits a commercially minded leader who thrives in a one to one styling environment, builds genuine relationships, develops strong teams, and delivers results while protecting the elevated client experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and inspire your bridal team to deliver a warm, elevated and highly personalised appointment experience
• Drive commercial performance by maximising appointment conversion, average order value, and overall KPIs
• Manage the end to end bridal journey, ensuring each client touchpoint feels seamless and considered
• Build and nurture a loyal bridal client base through genuine relationship building and tailored styling
• Coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver confident, emotionally intelligent service
• Oversee day to day suite operations including appointment management, stock coordination, rostering, payroll, reporting, and budgets
• Ensure the bridal suite environment reflects premium brand and visual standards at all times
• Implement structured processes to improve appointment flow, client experience, and team productivity
• Support the HR function including recruitment, induction, performance management, and development plans
• Lead styling appointments and ensure the team is highly skilled in fit, fabrication, and bridal product knowledge
• Act as the link between the suite and senior leadership, providing insights, client feedback, and performance updates
