Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fashion buying role, ideally across multi-channel environments
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of buying for retail, e-comm and wholesale markets
Excellent analytical skills – confident using data to drive decisions (Excel proficiency required)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage deadlines, juggle competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
Knowledge of wholesale market calendars and sell-in cycles a plus
AP21 – Software knowledge – pulling reports and developing dashboards to serve wider business

THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Buyer to support ourproduct strategy across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role requires a strong understanding of product performance, customer insights, and margin management. Working cross-functionally with product, planning, sales, design, and digital and ecommerce teams, the Buyer will ensure a consistent and profitable assortment tailored to each channel's needs.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong grasp of multi-channel retail dynamics.
Responsibilities
Build and execute seasonal product architecture aligned with historical analytical data, whilst considering future trends and opportunities.
Analyse sales and margin data to optimise product selection, depth, and pricing
Review stock performance weekly and make actionable recommendations for replenishment, markdowns, or reallocation.
Partner with planning, e-commerce, retail and wholesale teams to tailor assortment strategies by channel
Work closely with the design and product development team to brief, review, and range cohesive collections
Use weekly stock performance to inform future DTC buys, Wholesale Collections and action re-cuts and injections where opportunities arise.
Liaise with marketing and e-commerce teams to align product stories, drops, and key styles to campaigns.
Along with the Head of Product, prepare and present seasonal range reviews, category performance recaps, and sell-in feedback for wholesale
Work closely with the Head of Product to identify in-season trend opportunities and facilitate small buys to ensure speedy delivery to DTC channels.
Work collaboratively with the Wholesale partners on range development , reviewing sell through and analysing performance to help shape future collections.
Constant analysis of competitor landscape and new deliveries, identifying trends and opportunities within the current product architecture & make considered suggestions on how PE could interpret these within DTC and W/S collections.
Drive the development and buying of Speed to Market programme
Assist Planner/Merchandiser - with Weekly trade review and data analysis
Pull weekly Sell through reports and create visual sales report to be shared with wider business weekly and monthly
