The Role

Part-Time role, 3 days per week.

VESTIRSI seeking a Buyer and Planner to join their fast-growing contemporary accessories brand. This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded planner who thrives on balancing creativity with data. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to shape end-to-end planning strategies that support growth, optimise inventory, and drive strong financial outcomes across a high-performing, design-led business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process — from material procurement and production through to freight collection and final delivery — ensuring timelines are met, suppliers remain on track, and all internal stakeholders are kept informed throughout.

  • Build seasonal merchandise strategies and detailed buying plans aligned with brand and financial goals

  • Own and manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process across categories

  • Analyse sales trends and performance to inform future category and SKU-level plans

  • Plan and re-forecast key items and continuity styles to maximise full-price sell-through

  • Conduct product and category analysis to support assortment optimisation

  • Monitor inventory health and proactively manage ageing stock and risk

  • Oversee stock allocations, replenishment, and transfers to support omni-channel availability

  • Deliver reporting and analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and inform future buys

  • Provide data-driven recommendations on markdowns, promotions, and pricing

  • Lead cross-functional performance reviews and share key insights across the business

  • Act as a commercial leader, contributing to high-level business strategy

  • Build strong relationships across teams and influence decision-making through clear communication and insight
