The Role
Our client is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to lead digital performance and optimise the brand’s online presence.
This newly created role is designed to bring a stronger technical and analytical lens to the team — pairing performance with creative to drive growth. You'll work closely with internal creatives and external partners to own results across digital, web, and conversion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own website performance, optimisation, and reporting
Manage external agencies across paid media, SEO, and digital strategy
Work closely with creative lead (Jess) to analyse and optimise asset performance
Oversee digital budget, cost of sale, and key performance metrics
Ensure the website is conversion-optimised and continuously improved
Lead one junior team member, with plans to grow the team
Provide performance insights and recommendations to drive sales and efficiency
