The Role

VESTIRSI is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to lead digital performance and optimise the brand’s online presence.
This newly created role is designed to bring a stronger technical and analytical lens to the team — pairing performance with creative to drive growth. You'll work closely with internal creatives and external partners to own results across digital, web, and conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimise SEO strategy; external agency will continue handling technical audits while this role implements recommendations and ensures best practice.

  • Take ownership of email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo, managing segmentation, flows, performance, and campaign strategy, while collaborating with the external agency to optimise lead generation, retention, and loyalty.

  • Work closely with the creative lead to analyse and optimise asset performance

  • Oversee digital budget, cost of sale, and key performance metrics

  • Ensure the website is conversion-optimised and continuously improved

  • Lead one junior team member, with plans to grow the team

  • Provide performance insights and recommendations to drive sales and efficiency
