THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Fitter to join a high-end tailoring showroom. This is a hands-on client-facing role where you will deliver exceptional service, precise fittings, and a premium in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client fittings and take accurate measurements
Provide tailored style and wardrobe guidance
Deliver a high-end, memorable client experience
Support sales growth through networking and lead generation
Build and maintain strong client relationships and CRM records
Assist with events, promotions, and showroom initiatives
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Sales or networking experience preferred
Well-presented with excellent communication skills
Passion for helping clients look and feel confident
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Positive team player who adapts well in a fast-paced environment
