    • Bring significant womenswear design experience within a premium, contemporary or designer fashion brand

    • Have experience building collections for wholesale and international markets

    • Possess strong garment construction, fit, fabrication and product development knowledge

    • Have experience working directly with suppliers, fabric mills and offshore factories

    • Are highly proficient across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate and digital design tools

    • Bring strong commercial awareness and know how to balance creativity with business outcomes

    • Have experience leading or mentoring team members

    • Are confident working with range plans, development trackers and collection data

    • Embrace technology and are comfortable leveraging AI and digital tools within the design process

THE ROLE

As Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping seasonal collections for a premium fashion label known for its elevated occasionwear, confident femininity and contemporary aesthetic. Working closely with the Founder and wider business, you'll lead the design and development of globally relevant collections that balance creativity, technical excellence and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of seasonal womenswear collections from concept through to final product

  • Develop seasonal direction across colour, fabrication, print, silhouette and product strategy

  • Create elevated collections across occasionwear, tailoring, dresses, separates and key commercial categories

  • Design with international markets in mind, balancing customer demand, pricing architecture and regional preferences

  • Lead fittings and oversee product development to ensure exceptional fit, quality and execution

  • Source and develop fabrics, trims and finishes aligned to both creative and commercial objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, mills and offshore manufacturing partners

  • Partner closely with Production, Sales, Merchandising and Marketing teams to deliver successful collections

  • Utilise digital tools and AI platforms to improve workflow efficiency, communication and product development

  • Lead, mentor and support a small design team while fostering a collaborative team culture

  • Manage multiple projects and seasonal deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
