THE ROLE
Step into a senior leadership role with a contemporary, design led retail brand. As Retail Cluster Manager, you will oversee a small portfolio of stores, driving consistency, performance and people excellence across each location. This role suits a commercially minded leader who leads with clarity, develops strong store leaders and knows how to deliver results without losing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support a cluster of 2 retail locations, ensuring operational excellence and a consistently high standard of service
• Drive commercial performance across the cluster by tracking and exceeding key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and inventory metrics
• Coach, mentor and develop Store and Assistant Store Managers to build confident, accountable leaders
• Identify capability gaps and deliver structured coaching plans to improve productivity and team performance
• Ensure visual, brand and operational standards are upheld across all locations, including health and safety compliance
• Act as the link between stores and senior leadership, providing clear insights, feedback and performance updates
• Embed a culture of ownership, accountability and engagement while maintaining a calm, considered leadership style
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, elevate service and strengthen commercial outcomes
