    • Hold 3 years experience in marketing in jewellery, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.

    • Proficiency with Klaviyo and Google Suite.

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment and deeply understands how to build and protect a premium brand while driving commercial growth. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Marketing Manager will own the marketing strategy, calendar, and execution across digital, retail, and wholesale, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the brand experience with consistency, clarity, and lasting impact. 

Key responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth

  • Own and lead the company’s marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and long-term brand growth.

  • Define and evolve brand positioning, voice, and tone to maintain a premium, consistent presence.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand credibility, visibility, and relevance through storytelling, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Campaign, Content & Channel Leadership

  • Own the marketing calendar for brand campaigns, product launches, promotions, and key trading periods.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.

  • Develop and own content strategy across social media, email, website, and in-store communications.

  • Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to align campaigns with onsite performance and conversion goals.

  • Monitor, report, and optimise campaign performance weekly and monthly, using data and insights to inform improvements.

Community, PR & Partnerships

  • Build and grow a highly engaged brand community through events, activations, collaborations, and partnerships.

  • Develop and execute PR strategy to increase brand awareness, credibility, and cultural relevance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.

  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories.

  • Manage brand events and track PR impact, media coverage, and brand sentiment.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Retail, and Wholesale teams to deliver integrated, commercially effective campaigns.

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to maintain alignment between brand vision and execution.
