The Role
We’re on the hunt for a CRM & Communications Manager who’s equal parts strategy and storytelling. You’ll lead our customer comms across email, press, social, and digital – making sure every message feels personal, polished, and totally us.
You’ll manage communications across both B2C and our B2B, write copy that connects and converts, and make sure our brand voice is consistent across every touchpoint — from welcome emails to blog posts to Facebook ads.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring an intuitive, high-converting user experience.
Drive organic growth through SEO best practices (on-page, technical, content-driven).
Analytics & Forecasting, using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent to extract actionable insights.
Explore and evaluate digital marketplace opportunities to expand reach and revenue streams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration working closely with the marketing, creative and customer service teams
