The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, people-savvy Marketing and Community Lead to help us grow and nurture our most valuable relationships — from brides to influencers, stockists to like-minded brands.

This is a coordination-heavy role with a strong marketing focus — you’ll be the go-to for UGC, brand collabs, and community love. You won’t lead creative direction (we have a team for that), but you will bring it all to life by managing the who, what, when, and where.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage influencer gifting, briefs, and content tracking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aligned creators

  • Source and manage UGC; liaise with brides for reposts and features

  • Collaborate with content team to repurpose UGC

  • Pitch and coordinate co-branded partnerships with like-minded brands

  • Ensure brand alignment and manage partnership deliverables

  • Support stockists with content collaborations and social features

  • Coordinate photoshoot logistics, schedules, and approvals

  • Respond to DMs warmly and build genuine audience connections

  • Identify real-time opportunities for UGC and collaborations
