    • 2-3+ years of experience in customer service, within fashion e-commerce.

    • Proficient in Shopify and Starshipit; experience with Gorgias preferred.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.

    • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused coordinator to support the Customer Experience and Dispatch function for one of Australia’s leading luxury womenswear houses. This role plays a key part in the online journey, making sure orders, enquiries and day to day operations run smoothly and feel aligned with the brand’s standard.
If you’re organised, solutions-focused and love keeping things moving with precision, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end order processing and daily dispatch.

  • Help maintain accurate inventory and smooth stock flow.

  • Coordinate shipping and delivery timelines with clarity and consistency.

  • Manage returns, exchanges and after-sales requests.

  • Handle all digital customer enquiries with a polished, thoughtful approach.

  • Assist with eCommerce operations, admin and reporting.

  • Work closely with the warehouse team on organisation, presentation and stock upkeep.
