THE ROLE

VESTIRSI is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support their growing Customer Experience function. This role focuses on managing customer enquiries, supporting order-related issues, and working closely with the warehouse team to keep things running smoothly.

It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who’s calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering a great customer experience.

We are looking for a full-time employee to work Tuesday-Saturday, and a casual employee to work approx. 20 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries across email and digital platforms

  • Supporting order management, returns, exchanges, and delivery queries

  • Liaising with the warehouse to resolve issues quickly and proactively

  • Supporting customers during high-volume periods such as promotions and sales

  • Assisting with weekend coverage (half-day Saturday, WFH)

  • Helping maintain a calm, solutions-focused CX experience in a fast-paced environment
