THE ROLE
VESTIRSI is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support their growing Customer Experience function. This role focuses on managing customer enquiries, supporting order-related issues, and working closely with the warehouse team to keep things running smoothly.
It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who’s calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering a great customer experience.
We are looking for a full-time employee to work Tuesday-Saturday, and a casual employee to work approx. 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries across email and digital platforms
Supporting order management, returns, exchanges, and delivery queries
Liaising with the warehouse to resolve issues quickly and proactively
Supporting customers during high-volume periods such as promotions and sales
Assisting with weekend coverage (half-day Saturday, WFH)
Helping maintain a calm, solutions-focused CX experience in a fast-paced environment
