    • Have 5+ years’ experience managing wholesale accounts, ideally in fashion or retail

    • Understand wholesale sales cycles, order management, and inventory coordination

    • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across teams and systems

    • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients

    • Lead and develop small teams with a collaborative approach

    • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to meet deadlines and commercial goals

    • Have experience working with wholesale platforms and order management systems

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for an experienced Wholesale Manager to oversee the end-to-end wholesale function — managing global accounts, seasonal selling, and operations to support commercial growth and client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day communication with global wholesale accounts and agents

  • Oversee seasonal sales cycles including order entry, confirmations, and client onboarding

  • Coordinate local showroom setup, seasonal appointments, and order submissions

  • Maintain wholesale systems and records across platforms including Zedonk and JOOR

  • Generate invoicing, budget tracking, and sales reporting in line with seasonal timelines

  • Liaise with production and logistics teams to manage delivery timelines and stock allocation

  • Lead a small team including Wholesale Assistant and Dispatch Coordinator

  • Manage vendor documents, client contracts, and payment requests

  • Track weekly sell-through and support post-market reporting and analysis

  • Collaborate on financial planning, range reviews, and in-season trading opportunities

  • Support marketing initiatives, custom content requests, and client activations

  • Coordinate shipping approvals, delivery paperwork, and client communications

  • Assist in improving wholesale operations, reporting tools, and internal processes
