The designer will be responsible for conducting extensive market research to lead the rebrand, repositioning, and relaunch of the label. The goal is to align the product with key youth and streetwear retailers such as Glue Store, General Pants, and Universal Store, making their offerings a benchmark for relevance and appeal. This is a challenging yet rewarding role, ideal for an experienced designer ready to make a significant impact. As the brand grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a dedicated design team.

The Role
Full-time or Part-time Opportunity.
As Designer you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the brand by staying ahead of market trends and consumer shifts. You'll be responsible for researching, identifying gaps, and executing seasonal garment designs that align with our evolving brand identity. From concept to sample handover, you'll manage the design process end-to-end—balancing creative direction with commercial fit and financial targets. Your ability to translate vision into cohesive collections will be crucial in delivering compelling, on-brand designs across both wholesale and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design – Concept & Execution
Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Global Sales, and retail buyers to define seasonal concepts.
Conduct market research to identify trends and align designs with evolving brand DNA.
Analyse past sales and collections to preserve and evolve brand identity.
Contribute to the development of brand story, mission, vision, and values.
Create mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal concepts in line with creative briefs.
Source fabrics, prints, and materials that meet creative and financial goals.
Design collections aligned with range plans, option plans, and pricing strategy.
Produce CADs, tech packs, and spec sheets for factories and costing reviews.
Oversee the sampling process from fit sessions through to production handover.
Monitor sales performance to inform future design and range planning.
Ensure all designs meet financial targets including gross margin and RRP.
Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
