  • Bring 3–5 years’ experience in a Design or similar role

  • Have a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and design skills

  • Are confident across Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Have strong CAD skills and a good eye for detail

  • Have a genuine passion for print and textile design

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a talented Designer to help shape the future of a contemporary fashion brand known for its artisanal integrity and considered approach to sustainability. Bringing your creative vision to the forefront, you’ll play a key role in developing collections that feel distinctive, thoughtful and true to the brand’s aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the textile design team to conceptualise and craft captivating designs that align with the brand’s unique aesthetic.

• Demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency in design, ensuring that your designs are not only visually striking but also optimised for production efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life, leveraging your expertise to enhance the overall creative process.

• Stay at the forefront of emerging textile design trends and techniques. Embrace innovation, experiment with new ideas, and adapt to evolving industry standards.

• Uphold the brand’s commitment to quality by conducting thorough reviews of design concepts and making necessary refinements to meet our high standards.

• Be the guardian of the brand’s visual identity. Your designs should not only feel on-brand but also push the boundaries of creativity, challenging conventional norms while maintaining the brand's distinct style.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines to support the timely delivery of collections. Ensuring all capsule collections are maintaining critical dates.

• Adapt to evolving design briefs and project requirements,demonstrating agility and creativity in problem-solving to overcome challenges.
