THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive in store efficiency through the leadership of a high performing team

  • Increase overall store performance through strong sales focus and operational excellence

  • Lead people performance and team development including recruitment, coaching and ongoing development

  • Oversee inventory management and stock processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the store

  • Maintain premium visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation

  • Plan and deliver in store initiatives and events that support customer engagement and commercial outcomes

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal and high value clients

  • Deliver a consistent and elevated customer experience across a range of client needs

  • Manage the business with a commercial mindset, using KPIs to guide performance and decision making
