THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive in store efficiency through the leadership of a high performing team
Increase overall store performance through strong sales focus and operational excellence
Lead people performance and team development including recruitment, coaching and ongoing development
Oversee inventory management and stock processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the store
Maintain premium visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
Plan and deliver in store initiatives and events that support customer engagement and commercial outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal and high value clients
Deliver a consistent and elevated customer experience across a range of client needs
Manage the business with a commercial mindset, using KPIs to guide performance and decision making
