THE ROLE

As a vital member of the design team, you will contribute to the creative process and ensure the smooth execution of seasonal collections, collaborating closely with colleagues across various levels to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct in-depth research into seasonal trends, contributing to colour direction and overall design concepts

  • Create sketches that reflect the brand’s vision and align with the seasonal range plan

  • Support the end-to-end design process, from briefing designers and product developers to delivering approved sales samples (SMS)

  • Maintain the Design Board and ensure all design documentation is accurate and up to date

  • Collaborate with the Design Operations Manager to optimise timelines, resources, and workflow across the team

  • Participate in WIP and fit meetings to uphold design quality, fit standards, and commercial relevance

  • Oversee key styles within the range, ensuring alignment with creative direction and business objectives

  • Assist in the development of fabric, print, and trim concepts, providing clear and creative input

  • Contribute to collection naming, styling, and preparation for lookbook shoots

  • Curate and manage a reference library to support innovation and ongoing creative inspiration
