We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in driving growth across our digital channels. This role is all about delivering smart, strategic campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, increase traffic, and boost customer lifetime value for our globally recognised Australian swimwear brand.
Reporting into the Director of Digital, you’ll oversee initiatives across paid acquisition, CRM, loyalty, and affiliates, while also having the chance to step into wider digital projects. This is a 10-month maternity leave cover role.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and optimise digital growth strategy that aligns with brand objectives and commercial targets.
Manage external agency partners to deliver high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — from audience targeting and creative briefs through to pacing and performance reporting.
Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing, including customer segmentation, automated flows, campaign execution, A/B testing, and analysis to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
Support the ongoing development and execution of the loyalty program, working alongside the eCommerce Coordinator to enhance retention and LTV.
Build and manage affiliate partnerships with publishers and platforms, ensuring consistent revenue growth across the channel.
Track and report on key performance metrics (ROAS, MER, CAC, CVR, LTV), uncovering insights to inform optimisation and future strategy.
Partner closely with the creative and content teams to ensure all digital assets balance storytelling with performance goals.
Contribute to commercial planning through budget management, affiliate commission structures, and forecasting channel performance.
