Bring 4 – 6 years of digital marketing experience in fashion or eCommerce
A proven successful history of managing paid media channels and scaling Meta and Google ads
Experience with Pinterest Ads and platform-specific targeting strategies
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM and email automation provider
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to interpret data and make performance-based decisions
A passion for fashion and a strong visual and trend sensibility
Experience in Shopify or other fashion eCommerce platforms Knowledge of GA4 and multi-channel attribution

THE ROLE
This mid-level position plays an integral role within the ecommerce team, where you'll spearhead Digital Marketing Strategy and manage paid media across Search, Social, Affiliates and organic D2C digital channels including CRM and social media.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across paid and organic channels. You’ll bring a deep understanding of social and search platforms, customer journeys, and content strategy to elevate brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversion globally for our brand.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, data-savvy, and understands how to blend brand with performance. You’ll play a crucial part in both day-to-day execution and work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to align long-term strategic digital direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other social media platforms that may present an opportunity for our brand.
Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, PMAX & YouTube)
Continuously optimise ad performance based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
Provide weekly, monthly and annual analysis and reporting to the wider team that includes paid and organic traffic analysis and provide strategic insights for ongoing efficiencies with both spend and other digital marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
Working closely with our marketing and content teams, drive storytelling and engagement on key platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Manage daily publishing and community engagement across all channels.
Develop and manage the global CRM communications strategy and roadmap across all channels (email, SMS, VIP and Loyalty, outreach, and future channels)
Manage and optimise multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, reactivation, win-back).
Drive segmentation, personalisation, and automation strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
Manage existing affiliate program and platform including monitoring and approving ongoing partnerships and monthly transactions
Work with the creative team to supply affiliates with brand-approved, seasonally updated content
Contribute to the marketing trade calendar in line with product drops, promotions, and seasonal moments
Work closely with Marketing & Content Manager and Graphic Designer to ensure all digital channels are aligned with brand and campaign timelines
