THE ROLE
This role provides day-to-day personal and administrative support to the Creative Director / Founder, ensuring their schedule, communications, travel, household and personal tasks are organised and managed smoothly. The Personal Assistant helps to reduce pressure on the executive’s time by managing logistical, organisational and lifestyle responsibilities with discretion, initiative and attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality around both personal and sensitive business information and private matters
Manage personal calendars, appointments, reservations, errands, and day-to-day need
Coordinate personal travel (domestic and international), accommodation, dining and schedules
Assist with gift purchasing, personal shopping, home organisation, household vendor coordination, and personal admin
Inbox management, Handle all correspondence and communication on behalf of the Founder / Director, including replies, delegation or escalation.
Calendar management to minimise schedule conflicts and prioritise time effectively
Prepare meeting notes, reminders, follow-ups and supporting documents where required
Coordinate business travel, itineraries and logistics aligned with the business and personal commitments
Handle general correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive
