Already hold several years experience internal or agency side in a paid advertising role

THE ROLE
Our global sustainable fashion client is continuing to grow a community of like-minded, hard working, career focused creative individuals. Where they aim to drive action and cultivate change from product conception through to customer experience by continually revolutionising new ways to become more sustainable.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Partnering with the Digital Manager to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators, developing paid media strategies aligned with broader business goals, seasonal priorities, and industry trends to ensure effective campaign delivery and commercial impact.
Collaborating closely with the creative team to brief, develop, and refine high-performing advertising assets across image, video, copy, and other campaign formats, ensuring all creative is platform-appropriate, performance-led, and aligned with brand direction.
Leading the end-to-end build, implementation, and management of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, overseeing campaign architecture, audience segmentation, bid strategy, budget deployment, and ad set creation to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently and structured for scale.
Owning the day-to-day optimisation of campaign budgets and media performance, proactively monitoring spend, pacing, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and conversion metrics, while making strategic real-time adjustments across budgets, bids, targeting, placements, and creative to maximise efficiency and return on investment.
Providing ongoing performance analysis and reporting to the wider marketing team, translating campaign data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and testing opportunities that continuously improve results and support the achievement of business KPIs.
Managing advertising investment across the paid media portfolio, reallocating spend toward high-performing campaigns, identifying areas of inefficiency, and ensuring budget is deployed in line with performance priorities to deliver sustainable growth and maximum commercial return.
