THE ROLE
Our global sustainable fashion client is continuing to grow a community of like-minded, hard working, career focused creative individuals. Where they aim to drive action and cultivate change from product conception through to customer experience by continually revolutionising new ways to become more sustainable.
Now seeking talent for a newly created role within the digital marketing team: You will own the strategy, development, testing, and optimisation of creative assets that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand engagement across paid media channels.
As Creative Strategist, you will own the strategy, development, testing and optimisation of creative assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging digital platforms. This is a strategy-first role suited to someone who has hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok ad accounts and has since moved beyond day-to-day execution into shaping the creative direction that drives performance.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Paid Media team, Creative Lead, Brand Coordinator and Ecommerce team, building a strong creative testing pipeline with all outputs grounded in data and built around specific audience segments.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Own and drive the paid media creative strategy, weekly roadmap and testing framework aligned with growth targets.
Lead creative opportunity analysis across competitor activity, platform trends and performance data, translating findings into actionable strategy.
Translate audience insights into scalable creative concepts, messaging angles and ad variations across static, video, carousel, motion and UGC-style formats.
Direct and brief short-form ad creative for Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, ensuring all decisions are led by performance data rather than aesthetics.
Inform shoot briefs and brief creators, talent and production partners based on paid performance data and audience segment insights.
Own weekly creative performance reporting, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to the wider team.
Establish and own the creative testing framework, using data-driven findings to drive efficiency and scale.
